This renovation of the hospital’s cafeteria serving and dining areas is not typical of Phoenix’s technical projects, but was equally complex and rewarding. The project required five phases so the kitchen could continue service to staff and visitors. Precise planning and layout assured that flooring, ceilings, and servery casework from one phase matched correctly with the installation of subsequent phases. Phoenix has a long relationship with Holy Name and has provided design-build services for many projects, including two MRI suites, a PET-CT suite, a Radiation Oncology renovation for new Varian linear accelerator, and two Cardiac Cath Lab renovations.
