31,000 SF Medical Surgical Floor Renovation
Allentown Campus

Phoenix was hired to provide pre-construction services for this Medical Surgical project at St. Luke’s University Health Network at the Allentown campus location, working closely with NK Architects and the owner. We were then awarded the renovation of this 31,000 SF unit, which is located on the 5th floor of the south tower of this bustling and multifaceted hospital.

This 32-bed renovation included patient rooms, exam rooms, nurses’ station, elevators and related support areas. It also featured the installation of a cutting edge, innovative air purification system; LifeAire Systems which is expected to tremendously reduce infections and airborne illnesses on this floor.
